Inventory Control Clerk II

Responsibilities Maintains shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation to preserve complete and accessible operational records. Enters warehouse data to capture inventory movements, order status, and shipment activity accurately. Routes materials, orders, and exception items through the appropriate workflows to support timely processing. Prepares reports on inventory status, shipment activity, and recurring operational issues for routine review. Updates records related to stock balances, storage locations, and transaction activity to maintain control accuracy. Answers routine operational inquiries from internal and external contacts to provide status support and execution clarity. Education High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required. Work Experience 2+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required. Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred. Skills and Knowledge Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Strong interpersonal skills, including relationship building with team members and other departments. Strong organizational skills; attention to detail. Strong analytical skills. Ability to implement processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices. Strong decision‑making skills.
