IT Project Manager - Customer Applications A role focused on guiding and supporting IT initiatives, including enhancements and broader implementations across local, global, and cross‑functional groups. What You’ll Do Support and guide IT project activities from planning through handover, ensuring teams stay aligned on goals, timelines, and outcomes. Adapt project methodologies—whether traditional or agile—to the needs and scale of each initiative, contributing to key deliverables and documentation. Work alongside functional experts, process owners, and external partners, offering structure, coordination, and open communication throughout the project lifecycle. Serve as a central contact point, helping stakeholders stay informed, addressing questions, and ensuring decisions align with business and IT strategy. Translate business needs into clear technical considerations, ensuring the right people shape system architecture and solution approaches. Contribute to proactive risk awareness and encourage adherence to project guidelines, governance, and quality practices. Who You Are Background in computer science, engineering, business, or related field—or relevant professional project management experience. Experience contributing to or leading IT implementation or integration projects, ideally in a global or cross‑functional setting. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics), SAP Commerce Cloud, CMS or web technologies, or enthusiasm for learning similar tools. Exposure to SAP ERP projects and ecosystem. SAP Variant Configuration concepts are an advantage. Inclusive leadership style that supports, guides, and encourages teamwork across disciplines and locations. Experience with collaboration and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Teams, MS Project, or Sciforma. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Occasional travel (typically under 5%). Compensation & Benefits The base pay for this position ranges from $90,000 to $115,000 annually, with a target performance bonus of 15% of the employee’s base salary. Compensation may vary based on location and individual qualifications. The role is part of a total compensation package that includes a comprehensive benefits program, including medical, financial, and other competitive benefits.
