Our mission is simple: Help older adults with chronic illnesses remain safely and comfortably at home while giving families peace of mind. What You’ll Do Develop referral partnerships with healthcare providers and senior living communities. Schedule and conduct face-to-face visits with referral sources every week. Represent Legacy Care at networking events, health fairs, and community meetings. Educate healthcare professionals about our concierge-level home care services. Follow up consistently to build trust and generate referrals. Meet weekly outreach and referral goals while maintaining exceptional professionalism. What We’re Looking For Experience in healthcare marketing, home care, hospice, home health, senior living, or medical sales preferred. Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout North San Diego County.
