Job Summary

The IT Service Desk / Desktop Support Specialist will provide comprehensive technical support to end users through telephone, email, ticketing systems, and in-person assistance. This role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, user accounts, mobile devices, conference room technology, and other IT services supported by the Client.

The position will work closely with internal IT teams, vendors, and end users to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient technology operations across all Client locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end users via telephone, email, ticketing systems, and in-person interactions.
• Support Client-approved applications and technologies, including but not limited to Microsoft Office 365, Windows, Salesforce, SharePoint, Webex, Jira, and other business applications.
• Assist users with booking, setting up, configuring, and launching webinars.
• Assist users with audio/visual (A/V) equipment and troubleshoot issues in conference rooms.
• Configure, deploy, maintain, and support all Client computing hardware, including laptops, desktops, zero clients, thin clients, Chromebooks, and mobile devices.
• Support virtual machine pools in use by the Client and work with Network Operations to ensure that all pools are updated, secure, and operational.
• Support all aspects of user account management, including password resets, access management, permissions, and related account issues.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date IT asset inventory and conduct regular rotating equipment audits.
• Ensure that the Client has the necessary software licenses to operate
