Job Description Position: Registered Dental HygienistHourly Rate: $42 to $50
We are seeking a quality-focused dental hygienist to join our expanding practice, which offers a supportive and relaxed work atmosphere. Our organization operates as a private Fee-for-Service dental clinic located in Schenectady, NY. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication abilities, a strong work ethic, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a commitment to teamwork. Punctuality and reliability are essential. An active Registered Dental Hygienist license is required for consideration.
Schedule- Part-time position available (Mondays)
- Hourly wage: $42-$50+
- Generous biannual bonuses
- Dental care benefits
- Educating patients on dental health, including tooth care and dietary advice
- Removing plaque and tartar through scaling and polishing
- Taking dental impressions and radiographs
- Applying preventive treatments such as prophylactic materials, antibacterial agents, fissure sealants, and topical fluorides to combat tooth decay
- Conducting screening and monitoring procedures
- Experience in teeth whitening, fabricating night guards, and administering local anesthesia is a plus
