Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, you will ensure bids are strategically structured, technically robust and aligned with client scoring criteria.Key ResponsibilitiesWorking closely with internal disciplines to gather technical, operational and commercial information for proposal contentWriting clear, concise and compelling responses tailored to client requirementsStrategically planning and managing quality responses to maximise scoring potentialRefining and editing contributions from technical teams to ensure clarity and complianceDeveloping and maintaining response libraries and standardised formatsProducing high-quality, visually engaging submission documents using Microsoft Office and design platforms such as InDesign or CanvaPreparing presentation materials for interviews and bid pitchesContinuously improving submission quality through feedback and innovationEnsuring all submissions are delivered on time and fully compliantRequirementsAPMP Foundation qualificationProven experience in bid writing or proposal development, ideally within construction, housing or regenerationMinimum two years' experience in technical writingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prepare tailored submissions aligned with strategic and client objectivesStrong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe InDesign, Canva and Visio advantageousStrong understanding of the construction industry and bid lifecycleAbility to work independently and collaborativelyPackage includes:Company pensionPrivate medical insuranceLife insuranceCycle to work schemeHealth & wellbeing programmeFree on-site parking
