Minimum Requirements Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Arizona license required for submission or must have already applied and be able to provide an ETA for license approval.
