Rodizio Grill, the premier destination for authentic Brazilian cuisine, is delighted to announce a job opening for the position of Server. This part-time opportunity is ideal for individuals passionate about providing exceptional service and enhancing the dining experience of our guests. Please note, this position requires physical presence at the restaurant; it is not a remote job.

As a Server at Rodizio Grill, you will be central to our mission of delivering top-tier customer experiences while embracing the rich culinary traditions of Brazil. We are looking for committed, enthusiastic candidates who are eager to embrace and promote the warm, hospitable culture Rodizio Grill is known for.

• Coordinate the entire station and communicate with both front and back-of-the-house staff to ensure a dining experience that meets or exceeds guest expectations.
• Process guest orders promptly and accurately.
• Observe diners throughout the meal, respond to any additional requests, and ensure guests are satisfied with both food and service.
• Deliver the bill to guests promptly and process payment accurately.
• Responsible for the stocking, removing, and resetting of dishes and silverware between courses.
• Clean and reset vacated tables efficiently to prepare for new guests.
• Complete all assigned side work to uphold restaurant’s standards.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays, as these are mandatory scheduling requirements.
