About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Positive Aging Institute, a pioneering entity dedicated to interdisciplinary research, education, and community partnerships in the fields of aging, lifespan, and healthspan. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and executing the Institute's strategic vision, fostering interprofessional collaboration, and building sustainable programs and partnerships to expand the Institute's impact. This role is pivotal in the company's mission to be a regional and national leader in positive aging and lifespan innovation, particularly in the context of the fast-aging region it serves. Applicants for the Executive Director position should be innovative, entrepreneurial, and collaborative leaders with a strong background in academia, community engagement, and industry partnerships. The role requires the ability to bridge these sectors and to advance initiatives that enhance the quality of life across the lifespan. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in program development, fundraising, and a deep commitment to the values of the Institute. A doctoral degree in a relevant field is preferred, along with experience in leading interdisciplinary teams and a clear vision for the future of positive aging and lifespan research and education.
