This position is not entry-level and is best suited for a caregiver comfortable working with higher-acuity clients. As an experienced caregiver, you will be responsible for providing skilled, compassionate care to our clients, including:Hands-on assistance with mobility, transfers, and ambulationFull support with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and groomingParkinson's-specific care, including cueing, patience with movement and speech, and fall preventionMeal preparation and feeding assistance as neededCompanionship and emotional supportMaintaining a safe, clean environmentFollowing the care plan and communicating changes to the officeRequirements:Prior caregiving experience with advanced illnessesComfortable providing hands-on personal care and transfersValid driver's licenseReliable vehicle and current auto insuranceDependable, punctual, and professionalAble to follow direction and communicate clearlyPreferred:CNA or equivalent hands-on caregiving experienceExperience with Parkinson's, MS, Dementia or similar conditionsThis role is ideal for a caregiver who takes pride in providing skilled, compassionate care and understands the responsibility that comes with supporting a client with significant needs.
