The Opportunity We are expanding and seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our dynamic team. This is a meaningful leadership role that blends direct clinical work with team management and is ideal for an experienced psychologist who is passionate about quality care and collaborative culture. Key Responsibilities Administer comprehensive psychological and neurocognitive assessments in-person and via telehealth Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and behavioral management in a hybrid care model Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic, patient-centered outcomes Lead and mentor a dedicated clinical team; oversee department logistics and staffing support Maintain timely, accurate documentation in our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system Manage and maintain testing materials inventory and ensure resources remain current Required Qualifications Doctoral degree (PhD, PsyD, or equivalent) in clinical or counseling psychology from an accredited institution Active or eligible Texas state licensure as a Psychologist Experience working with adult and/or geriatric populations in outpatient settings Proficiency with telehealth platforms and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and team management skills Private, quiet home workspace suitable for conducting telehealth sessions Preferred Qualifications Experience with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI) Background in neurocognitive or neuropsychological testing Bilingual skills (Spanish preferred but not required) Compensation & Benefits Salary Competitive, commensurate with experience — please inquire Health Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Retirement 401(k) with employer matching Time Off Paid time off (PTO) Growth Professional development assistance and continuing education support Flexibility Hybrid schedule — balance in-office and remote work (Mon–Fri) Culture Collaborative, growth-oriented team committed to clinician wellbeing Schedule Monday through Friday.
