ER Clinical Nurse - Full-Time Nights

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care in a busy emergency department, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Ensures patient safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance, participating in professional development. Develops and documents individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team, patients, and families. Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and barriers. Maintains safety-sensitive responsibilities, working alertly and safely at all times. Qualifications & Skills Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing; Bachelor's preferred. Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license. Experience: No prior experience required; less than 2 years preferred. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts in a 16-bed ED with a patient volume of 45-50 daily, supporting a patient ratio of 3:1 or 4:1.
