We are seeking passionate, fully licensed mental health clinicians to join our expanding practice. Whether you're looking to build a full-time caseload or maintain a flexible part-time schedule, we offer an opportunity to focus on what you love most: helping people heal.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family psychotherapy.
• Conduct clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain timely documentation.
• Deliver ethical, evidence-based, and culturally responsive care.
• Maintain professional communication and continuity of client care.
• Collaborate with the EGW team to support positive client outcomes.
• Participate in occasional community outreach and wellness initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Maryland LCSW-C, LMFT or LCPC license required.
• Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Commitment to ethical practice, professional growth, and compassionate client care.
• Comfortable providing telehealth and/or in-person services.

Schedule & Compensation

Flexible scheduling, including daytime and evening opportunities. Compensation is based on completed, eligible billable services, with details discussed during the interview process.

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Full-time availability does not guarantee a specific caseload or number of billable hours.
