Talent Strategy & Organizational Development Lead
Chainalysis Inc.
Chainalysis is seeking a Senior Manager for Talent Management & Organizational Development to own programs that drive talent quality across the company. You will assess and sharpen performance reviews, calibrations, and ratings, and build scalable playbooks and toolkits for HRBPs and managers.
