Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and age groups

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services in both group and one-on-one settings
• Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and documentation required by the school
• Collaborate closely with general and special education teachers, administrators, and families
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, team conferences, and professional development sessions
