Job Title: 2nd Shift Packer

Location: Dekalb, Illinois

Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:30 PM - 1:00 AM & Sat 10am-3pm

Pay Rate: $15.75 per hour

Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our production team as 2nd Shift Packers . In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an entry level role with a great family oriented team and company. Room for growth and advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect products for quality and consistency
Pack products into boxes or containers according to company standards
Label packages accurately and prepare them for shipment
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow all safety and quality guidelines

Qualifications:

Bilingual a plus!
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience a plus, but not required
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 10 lbs during an 8-hour shift
Must be able to work third shift consistently
Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
