This role will oversee day-to-day store operations, lead and develop the sales team, cultivate strong relationships with VIP clients, and drive client retention through effective CRM and clienteling strategies.The Store Manager will play a key role in achieving sales objectives, maintaining exceptional service standards, and ensuring the boutique consistently reflects the quality and image expected within a luxury retail environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily boutique operations, including sales performance, inventory, and overall store execution.Achieve store sales objectives by monitoring performance and driving key performance indicators (KPIs).Lead, train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional results and client service.Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP and high-value clients through personalized outreach and service.Manage and nurture the client database, utilizing CRM tools to strengthen engagement, follow-up, and client retention.Ensure every client receives a personalized, high-touch luxury shopping experience.Maintain the boutique's presentation and ensure the store consistently reflects established brand standards.Monitor sales results and KPIs and adjust strategies as needed to optimize performance.Manage store budgets and support overall store profitability.QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience managing luxury boutiques or working in high-end sales environments.Proven experience with client development, VIP engagement, clienteling, and CRM management.Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, mentor, and develop sales teams.Strong understanding of sales KPIs and the ability to adjust strategies based on performance.Strong operational, organizational, and client-service skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Shopify, and CRM-related toolsAbility to thrive in a client-focused, results-driven luxury retail environment.Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is an accomplished luxury retail leader with a strong combination of sales leadership, VIP client development, CRM expertise, team management, and store operations experienceThis individual should be confident driving business results while maintaining an elevated client experience, developing long-term client relationships, and creating a high-performing sales environment. xhyhwjd Position DetailsThis is a full-time Store Manager position based in Coral Gables, FL
