Recruiting Coordinator

Overview The Kenswick Partners is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to keep our hiring pipeline organized and moving. You are the first person candidates hear from, and the person our recruiters rely on to keep interviews, records, and follow-ups on track. This is an internal, full-time remote position on The Kenswick Partners team. The work is steady and detail driven. You schedule interviews, keep candidate records accurate, and make sure every applicant knows what happens next. What You’ll Do Review incoming applications and route each one to the right recruiter Schedule phone and video interviews and send confirmations and reminders Communicate with candidates by phone, text, and email about next steps Keep candidate records and interview outcomes current in our applicant tracking system Post and refresh job listings on job boards Prepare weekly reports on applicants, interviews, and hires Handle candidate information with care and keep it confidential What We’re Looking For Experience in recruiting coordination, scheduling, customer service, or administrative support Clear, professional written and spoken communication Strong organization and follow-through across many open items at once Comfort learning new software, including applicant tracking systems, calendars, and spreadsheets A quiet home workspace and reliable high-speed internet Authorization to work in the United States What’s Offered A full-time, fully remote position Training on our tools and hiring process A direct working relationship with experienced recruiters The Kenswick Partners provides reasonable accommodations for qualified applicants with disabilities throughout the application and interview process.
