What You’ll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care in a 28-bed Level III NICU
• Manage an average daily census of approximately 19 patients
• Support around 2,700 annual deliveries with comprehensive neonatal management
• Perform neonatal rounding, patient care, and procedures based on competency
• Attend high-risk deliveries and neonatal resuscitations
• Collaborate closely with neonatologists and multidisciplinary NICU staff
• Utilize full pediatric and neonatal subspecialty support services
• Contribute to a team-oriented practice environment focused on safety and quality
• Support educational activities involving rotating medical students from local academic partnerships

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Florida
• Neonatal or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Certification
• Minimum of 2 years neonatal intensive care experience

Preferred:

• Experience in Level III NICU settings
• Strong clinical judgment and autonomous decision-making skills
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
