What You’ll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care within a busy 28-bed Level III NICU
• Participate in an in-house NNP model providing 24/7 coverage
• Manage an average of 19 neonatal patients daily
• Attend high-risk deliveries and neonatal resuscitations
• Perform neonatal procedures based on clinical competency
• Collaborate closely with neonatologists and multidisciplinary staff
• Conduct daily rounds and deliver critical care for critically ill neonates
• Support approximately 2,700 annual deliveries
• Contribute to a team-oriented, quality-focused environment
• Engage in educational opportunities with medical students if desired

What You Need

• Valid Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) certification
• Florida license or eligible for licensure
• Minimum 2 years’ neonatal intensive care experience
• Strong clinical judgment and autonomous decision-making skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
