Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Lead Traveling Technician. This role will require 100 percent travel on weekdays. Technician will be home most weekends. The Lead Traveling Technician will be responsible for on-site cleaning projects, performing AC cleaning, carpet and tile cleaning. Daily tasks include coordinating with staff, ensuring adherence to cleaning standards, and using environmentally-friendly cleaning practices. Travel across Florida, Georgia, and Alabama is required to deliver our services.

Responsibilities

• Travel to commercial locations across Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina , Tennessee, Florida
• AC/PTAC units using commercial-grade equipment
• Clean commercial carpets
• Follow company procedures to meet cleaning and safety standards
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Submit documentation and reports as required for completed work

Requirements

• Previous experience in carpet cleaning, HVAC/PTAC unit cleaning, or related fields
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical labor daily
• Willingness to travel frequently up to 100 percent of the time (including overnight stays as needed)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Smart Phone with texting/email capability to communicate and submit updates
