Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Jack in the Box location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and driving sales while maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage store operations to achieve sales and profitability goals

- Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction

- Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance performance

- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control

- Implement marketing strategies to promote store offerings

- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations

- Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement

- Foster a positive team culture and encourage employee engagement

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role

Requirements:

TX Driver's License and Insurance required. English speaker. Two years of management experience. A strong work ethic is essential.
