The Role This position is responsible for coordinate the handling of documentation and advances for clearance, delivery of freight after clearance, and monitoring and control all entry/entry summary preparation to ensure shipments are entered in accordance with the US Federal Code of Regulations. Key Responsibilities Provide the highest level of customer service to clients. Responsible for all Import of Air & Ocean shipments. Work with forwarders on daily basis. Ensure POD is supplied. Expediting and tracing as required. Determination of profit levels and billing. Process required customs documentation. Assist in development, implementation, and maintenance of department processes. Other duties as assigned. Minimum one year of relevant work experience. Basic MS Office experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks. Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills. Physical Demands Occasionally bend, squat, kneel, reach above shoulder, and frequently sit, handle objects (manual dexterity), use fine finger movement.
