As part of this full-time, full school year opportunity (37.5 hours per week), you will support a variety of caseloads, starting with a crucial maternity leave coverage at a local elementary school. After Thanksgiving break, your assignment will transition to cover additional leaves throughout other locations, or to provide essential compensatory services to students—a unique chance to expand your resume with varied, meaningful experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Active Minnesota State SLP License
  • SLP CCC credentials strongly preferred
  • Previous school-based SLP experience is valued
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in multiple building assignments
  • Passion for making a difference with elementary-aged students

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct SLP services and support to elementary students
  • Serve as interim SLP for maternity and possible other leaves
  • Deliver compensatory services as needed for students who missed services
  • Collaborate closely with educators, administration, and families
  • Maintain thorough documentation and IEP compliance
