Project Manager III

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager III to provide quality assurance support in the manufacturing processes of pharmaceutical products, medical devices, cosmetics, combination products, and biologics. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining compliance with corporate and governmental regulations, translating strategy into tactical objectives, and supporting strategic direction to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Prepare supplier scorecards and track supplier quality metrics.
• Manage quality agreements and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide support in document control, device quality assurance, labeling, validation, training, and quality intelligence.
• Ensure all product, process, or system-related quality activities are compliant from raw material inspection through to the shipment of the final product.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences.
• 8 or more years of experience in quality management.
• Proficiency in SAP and experience with supplier controls.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or device manufacturing.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• ASQ certification is preferred.
• Experience with tracking and trending quality data and supplier scorecards.
• Familiarity with OneTrack/SolTRAQs and Veeva Vault.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position requiring 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. The role offers a dynamic environment focusing on quality assurance within the manufacturing sector.

This is a contract position based out of North Chicago, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90.00 - $100.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
