About the Clinician‘s Workday

The physician will diagnose and treat work-related injuries while performing pre-placement, DOT, public safety, and surveillance physical examinations for private companies and governmental agencies. Responsibilities include evaluating and treating urgent care patients on a walk-in basis, performing in-office procedures, and communicating with employers to provide medical guidance. The position requires completing all documentation in a timely manner using AllScripts EMR system and may involve overseeing and collaborating with advanced practice providers in the clinic. Patient demographics consist of 90% occupational medicine cases and 10% urgent care cases, with prescriptive authority required for comprehensive patient care.
