Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to support elementary students during the 2026–2027 school year .

Behavior-focused caseload

Requirements

Active Indiana Special Education teaching license required
Previous school-based experience preferred
Experience supporting students with behavioral needs is a plus

Job Responsibilities

Provide specialized instruction to students with behavioral and academic needs
Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families
Implement positive behavior intervention strategies to promote student success
Maintain accurate documentation and monitor student progress toward IEP goals

Pay

$28-34 (based on credentials, caseload and experience)
