Asset Based Finance - Structured Credit - Associate / Senior Associate

Company Overview A diversified credit and real estate investing platform within a leading global alternative asset management firm, managing approximately $78 billion across various strategies. They are seeking an Associate / Senior Associate to support their Asset-Based Finance Insurance mandates. Job Responsibilities Actively track new deals from inception to settlement and accurately book transactions into internal systems. Serve as the Middle Office point of contact for Front Office, borrowers, agents, and other business partners for private securities. Communicate daily and upcoming cash needs internally and with clients, and oversee capital call notices and funding. Review and action daily reconciliations of cash and positions to ensure accuracy. Validate, book, and report PNL entries, and communicate large swings to stakeholders. Manage the delivery of monthly and quarterly reporting packages, including performance metrics. Assist with tracking capital calls and funding notices according to client timelines. Provide necessary information for regulatory support and manage periodic submission requirements. Identify opportunities to automate workflows and optimize strategy deliverables. Qualifications 3–7 years of experience in Operations, Fund Accounting, Treasury, or equivalent role. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Solid understanding of general ledger systems and reconciliations. Familiarity with the trade lifecycle of asset‑backed securities (ABS) and credit facilities. Advanced Excel skills (VBA/Macros preferred); proficiency with AI, Alteryx, Power BI, or SQL is highly valued. Compensation Salary: $130,000 – $150,000, Plus Bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr Landing Point
