StackerWe are seeking a dedicated and physically capable Stacker to join our warehouse team!With more than 70 years of manufacturing excellence, Panolam is committed to quality, safety, and continuous improvement!Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Stacker Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 15.00 / hourFull Time work availableFirst ShiftOperate various material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, to transport and position materials safely and efficiently.Perform manual loading, unloading, stacking, and unstacking of products and materials in designated warehouse areas.Repetitively lift and carry items weighing up to 75 pounds throughout the scheduled shift.Occasionally lift and move items weighing up to 75 poundsAssist with inventory organization and verification as needed.Inspect materials for damage or defects and report findings to supervision.Follow verbal and written instructions to ensure accurate and efficient material flow.Stacker Qualifications:Lift Up to 50 pounds occasionally and repetitively.Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.Ability to sustain physical exertion throughout a full shift.Proven ability to perform strenuous manual labor and repetitive heavy lifting in a fast-paced environment.Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all safety protocols.* Reliable, punctual, and possessing a strong work ethic.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or material handling role is preferred.Successful completion of a pre-employment background check is mandatory.Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen is mandatory.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
