Your role:

• Exemplary presence at the front desk. First impressions matter!
• Efficient and accurate patient scheduling.
• Stellar communication/triaging in person, phone calls, texts.
• Interpreting account ledgers for balances, credits, EOBs.
• Collecting payment and asking for reviews.
• Explaining insurance, copays.
• Presenting and closing treatment plans.
• OSHA/HIPAA compliance officer.
• Administrative duties.
• Cross-trained in insurance billing/AR, implementing and analyzing metrics, marketing/business development, etc.
