Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Neuro Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in Louisville, KY. This opportunity involves providing comprehensive care for patients with traumatic brain injuries and other complex neurological conditions in a dynamic hospital setting. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Provide direct nursing care, primarily focusing on traumatic brain injuries and other neurological diagnoses
• Administer treatments including trach care, vent management, IV administration, PICC and central line care
• Conduct wound care and manage bowel programs, TPN, drains/tubes, and G-tube/Peg-tube (tube feeds)
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including phlebotomy, PCA/CNA, and other healthcare professionals

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Valid RN license and BLS certification
• NIHSS certification
• Minimum of 1 year experience in neuro, with at least 6 months in a neuro-specific setting
