Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Conducting therapy sessions with couples and families to address various issues, fostering open communication, and restoring relationships.

  • Providing individual therapy as needed, focusing on personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique dynamics and needs of each family member.

  • Utilizing evidence-based practices to address a range of challenges, including alcohol and substance abuse, mental health disorders, conflicts between family members, grief and loss, and the complexities of blended family dynamics.

  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to create holistic treatment plans that incorporate both mental and physical health considerations.

  • Keeping accurate and timely records of each session, including treatment plans and progress notes, in accordance with our standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Engaging in professional development and continuing education to remain updated on best practices in therapy and client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our services cater to a diverse clientele, including couples, families, and individuals across all age groups, including children and adolescents. You will address issues such as job-related stress, interpersonal conflicts, medical issues impacting family dynamics, and the challenges associated with separation and divorce. Qualifications\n

  • Active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

  • A master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer:
