This work entails extracting relevant data from contracts in physical or electronic form and accurately transferring it to SAP / Coupa in accordance with established process. This role works closely with the Contract Specialists to ensure data integrity to support Santos contract requirements in a timely manner. Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities Loading of complex data sets into SAP, compilation of supplier price books and entry to appropriate system Update Contracting system and folders with required documentation, ensuring Santos Technical Standards are met and adhered to. Translate contract details into requisition form for both materials and services. Monitor spend against approved agreements and take appropriate action to address. Prepare contract spend reports as requested. Close contracts in SAP / Coupa in accordance with company policy. Formal Requirements Bachelor's degree in business or related field or related experience WORKING ENVIRONMENT: The majority of work takes place in a remote, field environment on Alaska's North Slope with a diverse group of individuals, each with distinct roles, personalities, and skills. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The work is mostly sedentary and may occasionally require walking, standing, bending, and carrying items weighing up to thirty pounds.
