Associate Engineering Technician

Job Title: Associate Engineering Technician Location: Salt Lake City, UT Type: Contract Compensation: $23/hr Work Schedule: Monday to Friday Overview This is a contract Associate Engineering Technician role in Salt Lake City, UT, supporting medical device R&D by assembling and testing prototypes, documenting results, and partnering with engineers and external vendors to keep projects moving. Responsibilities Assemble prototypes/products per design plan. Test prototypes per engineering instructions and document test results. Assist engineering teams to obtain supplies and services. Communicate assignment status to project engineers. Train others on new product processes and procedures. Build quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements. Ensure product is tested to the most current/validated method/process and specification and documentation is correctly completed per GLP & QS requirements as applicable. Works under limited supervision assisting engineers, scientists, and/or teams in the development and analysis of products, materials, processes, or equipment.
