The right person for this role has excellent organization skills as well as great attention to detail and customer service skills. The talented individuals hired for this position will be among the first for Anduril in Columbus. You will help lay the foundation for what will become one of the largest manufacturing sites in the city. Success in this role requires an unrelenting desire to adapt, grow, overcome challenges, and constantly improve./ph3What Youll Do/h3ulliProcess shipping and receiving at the Ashville, OH location./liliPrepare finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, labeling, loading, and securing product./liliEnsure orderly production and distribution of products by pulling orders from inventory, delivering production materials and supplies where needed, and staging finished product for final distribution./liliComplete cycle counts and conduct all warehouse activities with inventory accuracy as a top priority./liliMaintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory, and reporting shortages./liliOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move items, or signal machine operators to move materials onto and off trucks and loading docks./li/ulh3Required Qualifications:/h3ulli2+ years as a warehouse associate or equivalent role/lili2+ years forklift experience, licensed (preferred)/liliFamiliar with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and/or other warehouse management and inventory control tooling/liulliBonus if experience with Oracle/li/ulliFamiliar with Microsoft Office or equivalent office management tooling/liliExcellent customer service skills/liliAbility to prioritize tasks efficiently/liliAbility to lift 50 lbs/liliValid drivers license/liliU.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export controlled data/li/ulh3Preferred:/h3ulliHeavy equipment experience - crane, straddle carrier (Combilift)/liliExperience with handling government or defense property/li/ulpstrongHourly Rate/strong/pulliT1 Starting Hourly Rate: $20.50/liliT2 Starting Hourly Rate: $24.00/li/ulpThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
