The ideal candidate will be responsible for patient evaluations, the development of individualized treatment plans, and the delivery of direct therapy aimed at restoring function and mobility. Responsibilities\n \n Screen, evaluate, and treat patients in accordance with established protocols. \n Develop and update treatment and discharge plans tailored to individual patient needs. \n Accurately document therapy services in a timely manner. \n Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians as per practice acts. \n Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams and engage with patients' families. \n Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards. \n Qualifications\n \n Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, BSPT). \n Active state Physical Therapy license or the ability to obtain one. \n Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills. \n Flexibility to adapt to various facilities, schedules, and patient needs. \n \n \n Wellspring Nurse Source Job ID 35631197.
