Admissions Operations CoordinatorNoorda College of Osteopathic Medicine is seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Admissions Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations of our medical school admissions process! This role plays a vital part in ensuring a seamless experience for applicants—from their first inquiry to enrollment—by managing applicant data, coordinating key admissions milestones, and providing top-notch communication and support!Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a primary point of contact for prospective students—responding to inquiries with professionalism and careMaintain calendars, meetings, and communications for the Admissions teamTrack application progress, review documentation, and ensure compliance with admissions requirementsCoordinate interview logistics including scheduling, communications, and materialsManage data entry and accuracy across admissions systemsMonitor enrollment documents, prerequisite completion, and onboarding stepsAssist in planning and executing admissions events (virtual and in-person)Support application scoring workflows and track important deadlinesCollaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient processesContribute to ongoing cycle planning, reporting, and process improvementsQualificationsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesCustomer service experience and professional demeanorProficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google WorkspaceAbility to manage sensitive information with discretionExperience with data systems and tracking toolsComfortable working both independently and collaborativelyPreferred Qualifications:Previous experience in higher or medical education admissionsEvent planning or coordination experienceFamiliarity with CRM systems, Box, Smartsheet, or CanvaPhysical & Scheduling RequirementsAble to lift up to 25 lbs. for event setup/teardownAvailability for occasional evening or weekend eventsAbility to sit for extended periods and work at a computerOn-site support during events requiring walking and standingWork EnvironmentOn-site, in officeSalary & BenefitsCompetitive salary range of $50,000 - $52,000/per year commensurate with experience and educationGenerous benefits package with many choices and options:Health Insurance Plans (various options)Health Savings AccountFlexible Spending AccountDental & Vision PlansShort-Term & Long-Term Disability Insurance401(k) MatchingBasic Life & Supplemental Life InsuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Other Employee PerksWhy Join UsThis position offers a meaningful opportunity to contribute to the future of medical education while growing your skills in admissions, data management, and event coordination.
