Quality Control ASSOCIATE
LEBANON, TN 37087 Pay: $19 - $21/ hour DOE 1st shift (6a - 2:30p) Manufacturer and designer of custom retail displays and fixtures is hiring a QUALITY CONTROL TECHNICIAN Responsibilities of the QUALITY CONTROL TECHNICIAN include but are not limited to:- Inspecting product using industry-appropriate methods, such as comparing to standards, measuring dimensions and examining functionality
- Checking that the assembly or production line adheres to standards and procedures and complying with legal requirements
- Reviewing blueprints and specifications to compare to produced goods
- Recording inspection results by completing reports, summarizing re-works and wastes and inputting data into quality database
- Keeping measurement equipment operating accurately by following calibration requirements and calling for repairs
- Using tape measures to measure products
- Collecting and compiling quality data
Day shift: 6 am - 2:30 pm
