Qualifications and Required Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Pennsylvania state licensure or ability to obtain it
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY)
• Experience in school settings strongly preferred
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of evaluations, goals, and progress
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams and IEP meetings
• Offer guidance to teachers and families to support carryover of skills
• Foster an engaging, positive, and supportive environment for student growth
