Location: Phoenix, AZ (Please note : This position is based in Phoenix, not Queen Creek)

Work Arrangement: On-site 

Employment Type:  Full-Time

Employment Classification:  Exempt 

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am- 5pm | Schedule may vary based on business needs. Additional compensation opportunities may be available.

Position Summary:

The Specialist I, Sales Representative supports the growth of LG Energy Solution's Energy Storage System (ESS) business by assisting with customer account management, sales activities, and cross-functional coordination. This role develops and maintains customer relationships, supports business development initiatives, prepares customer communications and reports, and collaborates with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence. The Specialist I will develop technical and commercial knowledge of LG Energy Solution's products while contributing to business growth and long-term customer success.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Support senior sales representatives in managing customer accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
• Assist in preparing customer presentations, proposals, quotations, and other sales materials.
• Coordinate customer visits, meetings, plant tours, and follow-up activities.
• Maintain customer schedules, sales activity reports, and management reporting.
• Assist with sales forecasting, production updates, and customer communications.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with assigned customers while providing responsive customer support.
• Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate internally to ensure timely and accurate communication.
• Assist customers by providing product information, production status updates, and order support.
• Support issue resolution by partnering with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and communicate customer feedback to appropriate internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of LG Energy Solution's ESS products, manufacturing capabilities, and value proposition.
• Monitor industry trends, customer requirements, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Support customers by providing accurate technical and commercial information regarding products and services.
• Continuously expand product and industry knowledge to effectively support customer needs and business growth.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and other internal teams to support customer requirements.
• Coordinate internal activities to ensure customer commitments, production schedules, and project timelines are achieved.
• Prepare internal reports, customer updates, sales documentation, and meeting materials.
• Communicate customer requirements, market intelligence, and business opportunities to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation within company systems.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with company procedures.
• Participate in required meetings, training, and professional development activities.
• Perform other related duties consistent with the position's purpose and level of responsibility.
• Maintain cleanliness at work-site in accordance with 5S3R Standards:

• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel domestically as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree (MBA or related field).
• Experience supporting business-to-business (B2B) sales within manufacturing, automotive, battery, energy storage, or related industries.
• Experience working in a customer-facing role supporting account management or business development.
• Bilingual: Korean

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

• Ability to travel up to 50–60% as business needs require
