Position: General Dentist in Muskego, WI

Job Overview: Blue Jays client is seeking a talented general dentist to join their team in Muskego, WI. This full-time position offers great potential for professional growth, with a strong mentorship program in place to help you expand your skills in molar endodontics and implant placement. The practice is open to both experienced dentists and new graduates, providing a supportive environment for you to develop and thrive in your dental career.

Practice Features:

• A modern office equipped with advanced technology, including digital x-rays and panoramic imaging.
• A patient base consisting primarily of adults, with PPO plans and a small percentage of state insurance.
• A collaborative and team-oriented environment with a focus on clinical excellence and high-quality patient care.

Compensation: Competitive compensation package of $250K+, with opportunities for bonuses and incentives. In addition, the practice is offering a large sign-on bonus to support your transition.

Required Qualifications:

• DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school.
• Current WI dental license and DEA certification (or the ability to obtain).
