Extruder Operator

Job Description Extrusion Operator We are seeking dependable and motivated Extrusion Operators to join our growing manufacturing team. Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour Shifts: 1st, 2nd, 3rd Shift Available Overtime: Plenty of Overtime Available! Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and monitor extrusion equipment to produce quality products. Load raw materials and ensure proper machine operation throughout the production process. Perform quality inspections using measuring tools and visual inspections to verify product specifications. Make minor machine adjustments to maintain production efficiency and product quality. Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety procedures and production standards. Qualifications: Previous extrusion, machine operation, or manufacturing experience preferred. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues. Ability to read work instructions and follow production schedules. Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods. Ability to work overtime as needed.
