Job Description This position is eligible for a $2000 Sign on Bonus! You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and will perform as a Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse) to support plasma center operations. The role includes determining donor eligibility, managing donor adverse events, reviewing laboratory test results, and notifying donors of unsuitable test results. How you will contribute Determine donor eligibility including informed consent, medical history interview, physical examination, blood testing, and reviewing SER. Evaluate donor reactions and follow SOPs for medical emergencies. Refer to Center Physician or Medical Affairs for medical or technical issues. Support Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees. Manage employee incidents and determine further evaluation required. Act as Pandemic Coordinator when authorized by EHS. What you bring to Takeda High school diploma or equivalent, or graduate-level nursing program with state requirements. Licensed or certified EMT-Paramedic in the state of assignment. Current CPR and AED certification. Fulfill state requirements for basic IV therapy. Complete FDA approved training for BioLife Medical Support Specialist. Two years of clinical or hospital experience. Benefits and Compensation Location: USA - CO - Longmont. Hourly wage range: $28.16 - $38.72, based on qualifications and experience.
