SureCrete LLC is a fast-growing concrete and civil construction contractor based in Dallas, TX, with active projects across the southern United States. Our work includes underground utilities, excavation, earthwork, and concrete paving.

We are currently seeking a highly experienced, motivated Senior Project Manager with a strong background in excavation, utilities, earthwork, and concrete construction to lead large scale projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage and lead multiple construction projects

• Assist estimating team

• Prepare and submit daily reports

• Coordinate field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors

• Develop and manage project budgets and cost controls

• Handle submittals, RFIs, and as-built documentation

• Create and maintain project schedules

• Attend owner, GC, and internal meetings

• Provide regular progress updates to ownership and management

• Solve field and project-level issues proactively

• Coordinate and manage crews on site

• Ensure company-wide safety compliance

• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil/concrete construction

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Must be drug-free and able to pass a drug screening
