Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday (shifts available)
- 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
About the Role

Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls using multi-line phone systems
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
- Provide outstanding customer service and maintain professionalism
- Document interactions accurately in the system
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals
Requirements
- Education: Associate's Degree or higher (required by client)
- OR Completed Certification/Licensed Program Training above High School (Healthcare/IT/Etc)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a call center
- Strong customer service skills and ability to manage multi-line phone systems
- Experience handling customer inquiries and processing orders
- Background in healthcare, medical, or pharmaceutical industries is a plus
