Pay Rate: $21.50-$23.05 per hour (based on experience) Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-2:00pm Why This Role Matters As a Phlebotomist II, you play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the accuracy of laboratory testing. Your expertise in specimen collection, processing, and patient interactions helps support timely diagnoses and positive healthcare outcomes. What You'll Do Collect quality blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary collection techniques Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing while maintaining quality standards Verify patient demographics and ensure proper specimen labeling procedures are followed Provide a positive patient experience by explaining procedures and creating an atmosphere of trust and confidence Perform clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties in accordance with established procedures Maintain accurate records and documentation while protecting patient confidentiality Support daily operations in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity and quality expectations Maintain a safe, professional, and organized work environment What We're Looking For A current, up-to-date resume High school diploma or equivalent required 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections Strong phlebotomy skills with the ability to perform error-free work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Patient Service Center experience preferred Customer service experience in a retail or service environment highly preferred Medical assistant, paramedic training, or phlebotomy certification preferred Strong communication, organizational, and data entry skills Reliable transportation and flexibility to cover multiple locations as needed Ability to meet compliance requirements Must be eligible and provide proof of eligibility to work in the US What's In It For You Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care and diagnostic testing Gain experience in a respected healthcare environment Develop and enhance advanced specimen collection and processing skills Work independently while contributing to a patient-focused team Potential pathway to long-term career opportunities Benefits for Manpower Associates (Upon Eligibility) Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for: #J-18808-Ljbffr Manpower Group (USA)
