What You’ll Do Delight shoppers with everything for extraordinary gift giving, entertaining, and decorating. Assist customers according to World Market service standards and brand representation. Stock merchandise according to visual standards, schematics, visual direction, pricing, productivity, and safety standards. Cashier customers following customer‑service guidelines and register procedures. Maintain the stockroom and sales floor organization and standards. Adhere to all Company loss‑prevention policy and procedures, including distressed merchandise procedures. Perform general housekeeping as directed by management. Physically unload trucks as needed. What You’ll Bring A can‑do attitude and commitment to a collaborative, open‑minded, adaptable, honest, and respectful culture. 1 year of retail experience preferred, but not required. Excellent communication and time‑management skills. Ability to initiate a conversation with customers. Minimum age 16 and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
