\n As an Advanced Practice Provider in Family Medicine you’ll be a part of opening a brand new location for SCL Health to provide top-notch care and patient experience. Throughout the day you’ll collaborate with several Medical Assistants, and PSRs.

\n You would practice at Superior Clinic, Superior, CO
\n Your hours will be Mon-Fri 7am-5 pm
\n Shared Practice Phone Call
\n Your experience.

\n We hire people, not words on paper. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require:

\n Candidates with five (5) years plus experience in a continuity setting as a provider, required.
\n Continuity clinic, with the ability to see acute patients
\n Ability to work extended hours, and weekends if needed
\n Your next move.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

$56.76 - $87.59\n
