This self-motivated team member will be responsible for co-developing, maintaining, and managing the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across all facets of the program(s), ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables in a fast-paced agile environment. The IMS serves as the primary tool for coordinating and tracking program milestones, product deliverables, and dependencies.KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborating with cross-functional teams and product leaders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.Communicating project progress, status, and potential issues to stakeholders and leadership.Understanding the engineering development lifecycle and working with engineers to navigate the how from concept to delivery.Implementing and maintaining agile project management methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.Ability to proactively identify and mitigate risks to program timelines.Perform additional job duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
