QVC Customer Service Specialist - 2nd Shift

About the Role This remote Customer Service Specialist role supports QVC by answering inbound customer calls, de‑escalating unique situations, and promoting products while maintaining a high‑paced call volume. Location: Must reside in South Carolina or an approved QVC state; work from home. Responsibilities Handle a busy day with a high volume of inbound customer inquiries. Offer additional products on each customer interaction. Assist customers with questions while personalizing the experience for each caller. Confirm refunds, take payments, place orders, and analyze account data. Qualifications 12 months or more of customer service experience. Ability to learn and work in a virtual environment. Effective communication across a variety of styles, navigating multiple systems and screens. Provide your own Microsoft 11 computer and additional required equipment; troubleshoot own technical problems and partner with IT when needed. Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours. Provide a distraction‑free work‑from‑home environment.
