Maintenance Technician Thomaston, GA

Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a skilled Maintenance Technician in Thomaston, GA . In this hands-on and rewarding role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial production equipment, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, completing preventive maintenance, and helping keep manufacturing operations running safely and efficiently. • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial production equipment.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment issues.

• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and production emergencies.

• Complete maintenance work orders and document repairs and maintenance activities.

• Inspect equipment to identify potential problems before they lead to downtime.

• Support safe, reliable, and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment.

• Work closely with production and maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime.

• Previous industrial maintenance experience required.

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

• Experience repairing and maintaining manufacturing or industrial equipment.

• Ability to diagnose equipment malfunctions and determine appropriate repairs.

• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Competitive pay of approximately $44,000$60,000 annually , based on experience and qualifications.
